Delaware Nursing Continuing Education Requirements
Special Requirements
- RNs are required to complete the following continuing education hours every two years.
- 30 hours of continuing education
- 30 hours every two years (after first renewal). Renewal requires attestation of CE completion and practice of at least 1,000 hours in the past five years or 400 hours in the past two years.
- All RNs must complete three hours of CE in the area of substance abuse.
